What is a Mindset Coach?
A Mindset Coach works with his or her clients to uncover the limiting beliefs, blocks, behaviors, habits and patterns of thinking that prevent them from living the life or creating the business they desire. Understanding how the client thinks and interacts with the world, the Mindset Coach uses a range of reprogramming techniques to banish those blocks and replace them with ones that serve the client.

How is Mindset Coaching different from Therapy?
Mindset Coaches are skilled in using in a range of neuroscience-based techniques including Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Time Line Therapy (TLT) and Hypnosis. We also use energy practices like the Emotional Freedom Technique or EFT.

Mindset coaches don’t solve client challenges for them; they equip them with the tools necessary to engage on their own. Mindset coaches don’t directly intervene in the professional or personal lives of clients. For example…a basketball coach certainly wouldn’t jump on the court and start playing for a team member. Instead, they assist them from the sidelines and help them develop themselves and feel empowered.
